What are the shipping rates?
Strath Moto is pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders destined for Canadian addresses when you spend $100 or more before taxes. Orders that are less than $100 before taxes will have shipping calculated at checkout. Note: oversize/overweight items (e.g. Pitbull stands) will be charged a handling fee regardless of whether they meet the $100 free shipping threshold.
Free shipping is applied only once per order of $100 or more before taxes. This means that in the event a product needs to be exchanged, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Strath Moto.
For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. Oversize/overweight items (e.g. Pitbull stands) will be charged a handling fee. Note that international customers may be charged import duties/customs clearance fees upon delivery. These fees are not covered by Strath Moto and remain the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be delivered?
We do our best to provide regular delivery of your order within 3 to 10 business days. That being said orders placed on the weekends, holidays, during bad weather and that require cross border shipping can affect this standard and lead to longer wait times. Some special order items may also require a longer delivery time. Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship worldwide for orders placed online, with the following exceptions:
- Due to manufacturer restrictions, REV'IT! products cannot be shipped to addresses outside of Canada.
- Dangerous goods (e.g. motor oil, lubricants, etc.) cannot be shipped outside of Canada.
If you would like something shipped internationally other than those items outlined in #1 and #2 above, please email us at info@strathmoto.com and we will be happy to provide you a shipping quote and finalize your order to anywhere.
I need my order faster. Do you offer express delivery?
Currently we offer shipping via Canada Post. If you require faster delivery, please email us at info@strathmoto.com and we will source the fastest delivery method for your area and give you an express shipping quote.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
You may have your order shipped to any valid address of your choice. For Canadian orders, simply select “Shipping address different from billing address” in the first step of the purchase process and follow the instructions. For international delivery, please contact us at info@strathmoto.com.
Can I have items in the same order delivered to multiple addresses?
For the time being, items in the same order cannot be delivered to more than one address. Please place orders separately.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We may be able to accommodate changes to your order if payment has not yet been processed and your order has not yet been shipped out. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, please call us at (587) 372-MOTO (6686) or send us a message at info@strathmoto.com describing the requested change. We will try our best to accommodate any changes, however once payment has been processed or the item has left our premises, non-refundable shipping charges or credit card fee charges may apply.
Can I track my package?
To offer the best service possible, we only offer shipping services with tracking included; as such, tracking numbers are emailed to you once your package has been shipped.
Do you offer package protection/insurance in case of packages misdelivered or lost by the shipping company?
Please note that all shipping methods include tracking so that you can track the progress of your delivery. However, delivery companies such as Canada Post only cover up to $100 if a package is lost or misdelivered by them. Strath Moto is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages as we rely on the shipping companies to get your package to you. If you want to purchase additional insurance for your package or ask for signature upon delivery to avoid having packages left on your doorstep by the shipping company, please contact us for a quote on these costs and we can add to your order if desired.
