Our latest Gen-2 shields fit all Gringo S models because they ship with an all-new baseplate kit. These baseplates have an improved mechanism that results in firmer detents for three open positions. Anti-fog treatment included for maximum optical clarity.

Care and Maintenance

To clean your shield, use mild soapy water solution and a microfiber cloth to loosen bugs and road debris, then dry it with a second clean microfiber towel. Never use harsh household or petroleum-based chemicals to clean your shield, especially on the inside, as they can destroy the shield's special coatings. If the retainer snap on your Gringo S shield becomes tight or sticky, apply one drop of general-purpose light household oil to the inside. Apply one drop of medium-strength blue Loc-Tite to the threads of both hinge screws every time you install a shield.

Designed exclusively for the DMD ASR Helmet, the visor is available in clear and smoke. One size. An optional Pinlock antifog insert lens can be purchased separately here.

The DMD Shield (a.k.a. "Big Visor") offers good face protection, and is flexible, flat and easy to carry until ready to use. Can be worn over ordinary glasses.

IPONE VISOR RAIN OFF is a visor cleaner with a water-repellent effect. It places a protective film on the visor allowing water to slide off easily.

Spray the product on the visor, let it dry for 2 minutes and wipe with a soft cloth.

Nexx X.G100/X.G100R Cheek Pads

If your helmet's cheek pads are worn out or damaged, or you need to adjust the fit of your helmet, here's the perfect replacement.

Features:

• Can be easily mounted and dismounted in the helmet
• Optimize the fit of the helmet - the X.G100 and X.G100R come in two shell sizes: shell 1 = XS, S, M; shell 2 = L, XL, XXL. Therefore, to adjust the fit, choose a larger size for a thinner cheek pad or a smaller size for a thicker cheek pad and a more snug fit. The size chosen must correspond to the shell size. For example, for an XS helmet, a size S or M cheek pad can be chosen to make the fit a bit looser, but not size L, XL, or XXL. Similarly, for a size XXL helmet, a size L or XL cheek pad can be chosen for a more snug fit, but not a size XS, S, or M.
