- For the most accurate results, measure yourself in your undergarments. Take a tape measure and measure around the fullest part of your chest after taking a breath. Keep the tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
- Once you have measured your chest size in centimetres, use the size chart and select the corresponding size. Please don't assume because you are normally a certain size that you'll be the same size in any given brand. All brands size slightly different so please refer to the size chart.
- If you are in between sizes, go for the larger size.
- If you are planning to wear your jersey over an armoured shirt, better to go up a size.
