Shoulders (A)
Standing up straight with arms at your sides, have someone help you place a tape measure on your back from the broadest point of your left shoulder across to the broadest point of your right shoulder.
Chest (B)
With your arms at your sides, place a tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of your chest and across the shoulder blades.
Hips (C)
With feet together, run a tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline, where the jacket ends.
Don't forget to consider that jackets will be worn over a tee-shirt or sweatshirt/pullover. Measures may vary up to 5%.
All measurements below are taken in centimeters (cm) with the garment laid flat.
