Officine Italiane Zard develops innovative motorcycle exhausts characterized by a unique design. Zard's R&D department, led by Valter Amistà, works in a total synergy with the entire technical team to reach a cutting edge product.

Each exhaust is developed on a motorbike. Craftsmanship and technology are the main features that characterize a Zard exhaust. The production is supported by the use of latest generation software, reverse engineering instruments, press, 2D and 3D laser, robot, bending machine, rolling press, and Dynamometer.

Every single step, from welding to assembly of semifinished works, is handmade using high quality raw material. The result is a total Made in Italy product.

ZARD Racing Slip-On Exhaust '21-'22 Triumph Scrambler 1200 - Satin Black

ZARD slip-on silencers pprovide the ultimate look on your bike, made from 100% stainless steel construction. Available here as the racing version (a.k.a. bigger sound!)

The Zard slip-on system provides a significant shift in terms of sound. It gives the Triumph Scrambler 1200 a more intense and aggressive roar over the whole rpm range. This not only improves the bike's road presence, but also adds character to the already soulful 270-degree parallel-twin engine. 

The system fits onto the factory exhaust, including the catalytic converter (or H-Pipe Replacement). The original shields are refitted with no modification required.

Zard is known for being a top Italian exhaust manufacturer and once you hear and see these, you’ll understand why.

The silencers include a baffle which are easily removable on the racing version presented here, for more sound and more performance.

Benefits:

- weight reduction of 3.4kg vs stock silencers

Does NOT require the modification of the engine management system. The ECU is adaptive: the system will update the map according to the new parameters after a few starts/runs.

Fitment
Direct replacement of the original silencers.
No modification of the bike, fully reversible fitment.

Note: Not suitable for 2023+ version (type DS50) with catalyst in the silencers.

Zard products are a synthesis of craftsmanship and technology. The highest quality raw materials are used: tubes and sheets in AISI 304 stainless steel, titanium and carbon. TIG - MIG / MAG weldings are handmade by specialized operators. The products are tested on the road and on a test bench and each production step is carried out with the utmost care and attention. Original ZARD product.
